Sewer Rate Increase Effective August 1, 2026
July 15, 2026
The Village of Stetsonville would like to inform residents and utility customers that the Village Board approved a resolution on July 13, 2026, establishing new sewer rates effective August 1, 2026.
As the Village continues the process of regionalizing its wastewater treatment services with the City of Medford, a comprehensive sewer rate study was completed to evaluate the financial needs of the sewer utility and to ensure rates remain fair, equitable, and sufficient to support the long-term operation of the system.
The updated sewer rates are based on the findings of the rate study and are intended to help maintain a reliable and financially sustainable sewer utility while continuing to provide quality service to our residents and businesses.
The new rates will take effect August 1, 2026, and will be reflected on utility bills for service provided.

The Village Board understands that any rate adjustment affects our customers and did not make this decision lightly. The rate study provides a sound basis for the new rates and helps ensure the long-term financial stability of the Village's sewer utility as the regionalization process moves forward.
If you have any questions regarding the sewer rate increase, please contact the Village Office during normal business hours.
